What real Clients are saying...

“She captured our kids’ personalities perfectly and beautifully even through toddler meltdowns..” - Wren

If you want a low stress family photo experience you’re in the right place.

A baby girl sleeping on a person's lap, wearing a headband with a bow, next to a black dog lying on a carpeted floor.
A woman with brown hair kissing a newborn baby on the forehead. The woman is wearing a green top, and the baby is in a dark outfit, resting in the woman’s hands.

Photography that reminds you what you felt in this season of life.

Hi I’m Braidyn!

My greatest honor is helping families create memories that are tailored around their family!

Family photographs aren't just about documenting what your children look like right now...they're about preserving the people who make your family whole. I started my family at a young age, and because of that, family has always been at the center of my life. It's shaped the way I photograph every session. I know these moments aren't just for today they're for the years to come when you're sitting and thinking on the good ol' days.

When my dad passed away, the photo used for his obituary wasn't a professional headshot. It was simply a photograph that captured who he was. That moment completely changed the way I view photography. That's the heart behind every family and newborn session I photograph. Yes, I want beautiful images of your children, but I also want to capture the way they reach for your hand, the way grandparents look at their newest grandbaby, the quiet snuggles, the laughter, and all of the little moments that tell your family's story.
Because one day, these photographs won't just remind you of what everyone looked like. They'll remind you how it felt to love them in this season of life.

That is why I find joy in helping families to craft low-stress photo experiences in Wyoming that are centered around their family—I’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • You appreciate candid moments just as much as formal portraits

Of course we’ll get the “everyone looking at the camera” photo for Grandma’s wall, but the images you’ll treasure most are usually the ones in between. The giggles, the cuddles, the way your toddler reaches for your hand, and the tiny details you’ll forget way too soon. If you’d rather remember how this season felt than spend an hour telling your kids to “say cheese,” we’re probably a great fit.I’m not a model

  • You want someone who understands kids… and isn’t stressed when they act like kids.

Your toddler doesn’t have to sit still. Your baby doesn’t have to sleep the entire session. If someone needs a snack, a diaper change, a cuddle, or five minutes to explore, that’s completely okay. I never expect perfection because that’s not what family looks like. Some of my favorite photographs happen in the middle of the beautiful chaos.

  • You want guidance that’s fun and not awkward

Most families tell me they have no idea what to do in front of a camera—and honestly, that’s exactly how I like it. I won’t leave you wondering where to put your hands or force you into stiff poses. I’ll guide you the entire time while giving your family space to simply be together. Before you know it, you’ll forget the camera is even there.I don’t know what to wear

  • You want to spend the day with someone who gives off “another member of the family” vibes

The best photographs happen when your kids trust me, your spouse is actually having fun, and you feel comfortable enough to relax. I take the time to get to know every family because I don’t want to feel like someone you hired for an hour. I want to be the person your kids are excited to see again next year, and someone you know genuinely cares about preserving your family’s story.

We were meant to be if....

“My toddlers are at ease around her because she lets them take the lead and doesn’t make the sessions too posed.”

-Sarah

Nostalgic Storytelling family photography

Shot list planning
To ensure we don’t miss anyone you love in the line up, we do a shot list if needed (especially for extended family sessions).

Customized Album Options
These photographs deserve more than a folder on your phone. Every session has the option to be turned into a custom-designed heirloom album that tells your family’s story and can be passed down for generations.

True to Color editing mixed with film edits for nostalgia
Your images will be edited with timeless, true-to-life colors and subtle film-inspired tones that never go out of style. I want your photographs to feel just as beautiful decades from now as they do today.

Video Content + Polaroid shots when time allows
Sometimes the little extras become the biggest treasures. When time allows, I’ll capture a few behind-the-scenes clips and Polaroids so you have even more ways to remember this season of life.

Included in every session…

No two families are the same, so your session shouldn’t be either. Before we ever meet, we’ll talk about your family, your personalities, and what season of life you’re in so your photographs feel like your story—not just a Pinterest recreation. The goal is for someone else to pull up your photos on Pinterest and show THEIR photographer.

A highly personal experience.

Session Planning + Guidance
Whether you love wide-open Wyoming views, cozy in-home newborn photos, or somewhere that’s meaningful to your family, I’ll help you choose the perfect location and time of day for beautiful light and a relaxed experience.

A Stress-Free Experience
From what everyone should wear to what to pack for the kids, I’m here to answer your questions every step of the way. You don’t have to have it all figured out—that’s what I’m here for.

10 Years of Experience + a Mom of 5
Kids are wonderfully unpredictable, and babies make their own rules. After photographing families for over a decade and having five of my own, I’ve learned how to work with little personalities instead of against them. I know when to wait for a moment, when to be silly, and when to simply let your family be themselves.

Story-Telling Photography
Your gallery will include the smiling-at-the-camera portraits you came for—but it’s the little moments in between that you’ll treasure the most. The hugs, the belly laughs, the sleepy newborn stretches, and the tiny details that make this season uniquely yours.

A man with a beard, wearing a baseball cap, crouching and holding a young girl and a young boy. The girl is sitting on the man's knee, and the boy is standing, pointing. In the background, three women stand near trees, smiling and looking at the camera.

Which investment is worth it?

I completely understand that this is a big investment. Truthfully, family photos are something many people put off because life gets busy, the kids aren’t cooperating, or they think they’ll wait for the “perfect” time. But here’s the truth—there is no perfect time.

You’re not just hiring someone to take beautiful photographs. You’re choosing someone who understands how quickly childhood changes. Someone who knows that the gap-toothed smile, the tiny newborn stretches, the way your toddler reaches for your hand, or the wrinkles on Grandpa’s face won’t stay the same forever.

Years from now, these photographs won’t just remind you what your family looked like. They’ll remind you who you were in this season. The way your baby fit perfectly in your arms. The belly laughs that made everyone forget the camera was there. The chaos, the cuddles, the personalities, and the love that made your family yours.

That’s why everything I do is built around the people in front of my camera. My goal isn’t to create perfectly posed photographs, it’s to preserve the relationships that matter most. The moments you’ll miss long before you realize they’re gone. One day your children won’t be this little. They’ll outgrow your lap, your home will become quieter, and these photographs will become some of the most meaningful things you own. They’ll remind your children where they came from, how deeply they were loved, and what home felt like.

So the question isn’t really whether you’re investing in family photographs. It’s whether you’re willing to let this season pass by undocumented.

When you hire me, I’m not just promising beautiful images. I’m promising to preserve your family’s story exactly as it is today—because one day, these photographs won’t just be for you. They’ll be for your children, your grandchildren, and everyone who comes after them.

At this point you’ve probably been looking at multiple photographers websites thinking…
