I have 10-years of experience working with newborns and their families as a doula and a photographer. I'm dedicated to providing a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for you and your baby. “Do I need to bring anything?”
You don't need to have much prepared for the session as most of the items your baby will need you probably have. I try to photography the baby in their environment the best that I can. I encourage you to have a few personal items that you would like to incorporate into the photos, like a special blanket or heirloom.
“How much does newborn photography cost?”
Newborn photography sessions can range from $500 to $3,000, depending on the package. I know this might seem like a significant investment, but keep in mind that newborn photography is a specialized service that requires a lot of time, effort, and equipment. I am photographing moments that you can not get back with your children. I'm dedicated to providing high-quality images & products that you'll cherish for a lifetime— not be the best bang for your buck.
“What can I expect during a newborn photography session?”
During a newborn photography session, I'll work to create a comfortable and safe environment for your baby, and guide you through the posing process. It will include your family members in the photos, and I encourage parents and siblings to participate as well. If you have any specific poses or props in mind, I'm always happy to incorporate your ideas and preferences into the session.
To capture the best moments, it's important to schedule your newborn photography session as early as possible, ideally within the first two weeks of your baby's life. I recommend booking your session as soon as possible during your pregnancy to ensure availability
The day of your session it will look like me showing up with the studio in hand. I do this to provide you a seamless experience. I come to you so you don’t have to worry about wrestling the kids out the door. It’s to provide you with beautiful imagery in a space that your children are comfortable. I bring the studio to you so you can just relax in your home enviornoment.
“When will I get my photos? How do I get my photos?’
After the session, you can expect to receive the final edited photos within two weeks. I offer a range of packages that include both digital files and prints. I'm happy to work with you to create a customized package that meets your specific needs. Depending on the package that you choose, you will get a variety of digital images and prints.
